The Board will adjourn the motion
open the issue for discussion tonight
Motion will be tabled, discussed and voted upon at a time TBD
Discussion regarding the increase in dues
Members express that accounting for inflation dues could even be higher
A member questions the need for an increase given amount of the reserve
The treasurer poses the question what is a reasonable reserve; perhaps not prudent to spend our
savings; our dues are very reasonable
Discussion re how the reserve was accrued in the first place
Members present express desire for more spending on the community for example landscaping,
flower pots near entrance, community events
7. Other discussion

Estate Council of Alberta; no calls back yet
